Open I love this park. They have several spots for large 50 amp RV's and some really nice spots with covered tables. The roads inside are nice, and the staff there is great. This site is only open in the summer from about mid May to mid October, with a very popular 'Christmas in July' timeframe in late July. Reserve early to get what you want.

This park has permanent to semi-permanent residents living in the hills behind/above it - so there is full water, sewer, wi-fi already in place with very good reception in just about every spot of the park. The entrance requires a gate code, so only those who live there, or are renting there can come and go.

The residents are very nice, park amenities are clean and well maintained. The little shop has basic supplies (like milk and orange juice) but there is nothing else nearby, you'd have to drive into town to get more than just the basics. Its very quiet, but easy to access from the road.

It truly feels like going to the woods to boondock, but better... Close

Open We had a long, level and picturesque gravel site nestled amongst tall pine trees. Great Checkin process, superb bathhouse, and a Sunday afternoon ice cream social to boot. Park was very quiet and had trash pickup each morning. We had open access to clubhouse to watch TV as there is no OTA signal and very spotty wi-fi. Verizon 1 bar or less. ROCIADA is very remote, but that's the beauty of this place. Could easily spend a month or more here as long as I had plenty of food in the freezer. We camped at Pendaries RV Resort in a Travel Trailer. Close

Open Spent a great Memorial Day weekend here. Very peaceful place with lots of friendly staff. The sites are very large and spaced out, and the views and nature are spectacular. The hike up to the abandoned mine was a fun activity to do with the kids our oldest navigated while the youngest being only five was able to explore. Just make sure you pay close attention to children once you get there the mine goes straight down into the ground and there's no telling how far a fall it is. Get groceries before you get to Las Vegas the prices are inflated. Close
